Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • It must be returned within 30 days from the date you received the shipment.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, where possible.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Please note that final sale items, clearance merchandise, or personalized goods are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events.
  • Any garment that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without their original tags and packaging.

Initiating a Return

To start a return process, please contact our customer support team via email at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will promptly provide you with instructions and a return authorization.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund for you.
