All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Method & Areas

We currently offer Standard Shipping to most international destinations. Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • International: 10-20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items. We do not offer free shipping at this time. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. ArohaKiri is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs, or unclaimed at the local post office), we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued minus the original shipping costs and any return handling fees incurred.
